Congratulation to Miranda Bruce, Sociology Honours student, the recipient of the George Zubrzycki Prize for 2013.  This prize is awarded to the the student who achieved the highest mark in an enrolled Sociology Honours program (or combined with any other ANU College Honours).

Professor Jerzy (George) Zubrzycki (1920-2009) was founder of the ANU Department of Sociology , and valued for his contribution to sociology, public policy and the advancement of multiculturalism in Australia .
